Jerry Briggs 

Owner & Chief Executive Officer

Jerry recently acquired SKWeston & Company (SKW) and is the company’s Chief Executive Officer.  His primary focus is on continued quality customer service while accelerating company growth.

Prior to acquiring SKW, Jerry was the Executive Vice President for CACI International’s Business and IT Solutions Sector.  He was responsible for the successful growth and delivery of this $2.5B per annum sector.

Prior to this, Jerry led CACI’s Enterprise IT business group, with P&L responsibility for $900M per annum.  He grew EIT well above market growth rates each year. 

Before CACI, Jerry was a senior leader at Accenture holding several leadership positions over his 30-year tenure.  Most notably, Jerry led Accenture’s federal government business group – including defense, civilian and the IC – growing it to over $1.1B per annum.  He  grew the federal business through organic growth coupled with strategic acquisitions.

Jerry is recognized for above-market growth, driving operational effectiveness, and developing the next generation of business leaders.  He is passionate about obtaining the best from his teams by setting clear expectations and teaching those who are capable and willing to achieve more.

Jerry is the father of six children, ranging in age from 27 to 3 years old.  His time outside the office is mostly spent caring for his younger children, helping them with school work and transporting them to various activities.

Jerry is an avid skier and runner, having run several marathons.  He sat on the DC advisory board of Back on My Feet, a charity built upon running as a way to encourage the homeless to reintegrate with society.  He also sat on the Executive Committee of the Professional Services Council, an association of federal contractors.

Steve Weston

Steve is a 30+ year BPO industry leader with executive experience leading BPO companies and transformational client solutions. His company SKWeston & Company, LLC. provides global consulting in developing Operational Strategic Plans to Fortune 100/500 companies along with BPOs. Steve is regularly interviewed by Wall Street Analysts, offering his insight into major market moves in the Contact Center Cloud and M&A world. Most notably, he is a highly sought-after international speaker in the Contact Center arena addressing operational effectiveness, multi-level omni channel effectiveness, cloud technology, and outsourcing strategies.   

Steve provides expertise to nations, captives & BPOs in the developing stages of providing global contact center and outsourcing strategies. He has also been a healthcare vertical strategic advisor to the Republic of Georgia, Singapore, and the UK.  SKWeston & Company has developed a broad spectrum of international partnerships that combine efforts to allow clients to reach their operational goals. Previously, Steve has held executive positions at Convergys, SITEL, and United Health Group.

Steve has been a member of Whittier College Board of Trustees for 20+ years. In 2012 he was asked to head the Whittier College Alumni Association Board and over the course of 5 years the Board has been revitalized and now works to engage alumni all over the globe. Steve is a graduate of Whittier College with a BA in Political Science.

Colin was most recently named one of ICMI’s Top 50 Thought Leaders in customer service for 2018.

 

Colin has held numerous leadership roles in the industry, is an author and frequent speaker on customer service, customer experience, Call/Contact Centers, operational innovation, CRM, sales, and team building.

Kevin Lasky

Kevin brings 10+ years of experience managing large complex projects in the Retail and Telecommunications industries ranging from IT systems implementations, mergers & acquisitions, product development and process improvements. Kevin is Chief Operating Officer at SKWeston & Company. Along with leading day to day operations Kevin leads the technology implementation teams, the SKWeston Partner Program and the Managed Services offerings at SKWeston & Company. Kevin brings a unique perspective to our technology and consulting offerings due to his past experience working for Google, Arch Telecom and Miraloma Advisors.

Kevin is one of SKWeston & Company's certified Panviva content developers and is a certified nVoq Agent Assist shortcut developer. Kevin is a graduate of Lake Forest College with a BA in Political Science and minors in Business Administration and Legal Studies.
